The software is personally owned by thebu2iness.com’s shareholders. Therefore it is irrelevant what happens to the company, as long as we pay the Amazon server bill, it will be completely available.
Obviously we aren’t in any danger of going anywhere. Our company is profitable and in no danger of going bust in the foreseeable future!
How safe is my data?
The information is stored in high powered servers in a secure, professional hosting environment. All of your company information is safe and it is also possible for you to do back-ups to an email address of your own choice, as often as you wish. This way, you can be safe in the knowledge that you can access your information whenever you want to.
There is an automatic weekly back-up of your data to any FTP location of your choice. There is also a daily email back-up of your data. It’s your choice whether you want to use these back-up options, but there’s no extra charge either way.
Who owns my data?
The data is always yours and can never be used by us. If you decide to leave thebu2iness.com we can export the data for you.
You can back up your data at a location of your choice every single week. Your data is yours, we don’t want you to ever think we’d hold you to ransom with it!
What happens if I get a rogue member of staff?
You’re in total control of your company through thebu2iness.com. You can choose who you want to have access to what and you can check how each member of your staff is performing and so much more.
