1. Set up feeds to at least two portals

5. Use the diary for all appointments, linked correctly to contacts and properties.
6. Use the follow up function properly, with feedback on viewings, appraisals and call notes saved
7. All managers must be trained within the first four weeks, and all other staff must have training booked in by the end of the first month
8. You must have the automatic property alert emails switched on
9. Set up at least three letter templates
10. Have the ‘Buying Position’ for applicants set to compulsory (meaning sales applicant records cannot be saved without filling in this information)
11. Set up your lead sources and have ‘Lead Source’ set to compulsory for property owners and applicants (meaning an applicant and property owner records cannot be saved without filling in this information)
12. Track all offers so the pipelines and reports are correct
