Dear Negotiators,

So you've had to make do with using a system that has been 1designed with your bosses in mind? You've had to 'put up with' a system that doesn't cater to your needs and is, quite frankly, useless. Where's the logic in this? After all, you guys are the money makers of the business! You need your days to run seamlessly and as fluidly as possible, and to be honest...we think we've done it.

Take a look for yourself, we dare you to tell us we haven't catered to your needs first... We've ignored your Directors, we've ignored your Admin staff... yep we did, sorry guys... we specifically asked a bunch of Negotiators what it is you want and need and we've stuck it all on a website.
